These terms describe the basic rules of using BacklinkAds. They are written in general language and apply when you browse the site or place an order.
Using the service
BacklinkAds is a marketplace where you can buy individual backlinks on third-party websites. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
You are responsible for the account you create. Keep your sign-in details and any API key private. Activity under them counts as yours.
Use the service lawfully. Do not order links to pages that are illegal, deceptive or that you have no right to promote.
What you agree to when you order
- The target pages and any text you submit are yours to use or you have permission to use them.
- You review the basket and the total before paying.
- Your balance is topped up in the dashboard and used for orders you approve.
- Placements are created for the target page and keyword you gave.
- An AI agent or API client acting for you counts as you.
What we do not promise
We do not promise rankings, traffic or sales. Search engines make their own decisions, and results from links vary with your page, niche and competition.
Metrics such as Domain Rating and organic traffic come from our own index and from estimates. They may differ from other tools.
Delivery times shown on the site, such as about 24 hours, are usual times, not guarantees.
We are also not responsible for how third-party sites change or remove content after publication. Placements are intended to be permanent, but a site owner's decisions are outside our control.
Content you submit
If you send your own article or instructions, you confirm you have the right to use that material. Do not submit text that copies someone else's work or that is misleading.
We may decline or remove an order that breaks these terms or the law. Where that happens, we will explain through your account.
Orders are paid from the balance in your dashboard. Invoices and proforma invoices are available there. Ask about anything unclear through your account before you order.
Publishers, changes and contact
Publishers who list their sites set their own prices and approve placements. They must have the right to sell space on the sites they list.
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Keep using the service after a change and you accept the new version. Check back from time to time.
