What we use and why
To give you an account we need the details you provide at sign-up. Sign-in credentials are one example. To fulfil an order we need target URLs, keywords and any text you submit.
To keep the marketplace working we also keep records of orders, balance movements and invoices. That is ordinary bookkeeping for a service of this kind, and it lets you see what you ordered and paid.
Like most sites, we may collect basic technical data, such as pages visited and device type, to keep the site reliable and understand what to improve.

Children and sensitive topics
The service is aimed at businesses and professionals. It is not meant for children, and we do not knowingly want their information.
Please do not put sensitive personal data into order text or prompts. Articles are published on third-party sites, and anything you submit may end up public.

When you order for a client, you decide what goes into the order text. Keep client confidential details out of prompts and articles, because the finished piece is published on a third-party website.
Cookies, sharing and changes
Short and plain: we do not publish your account details. Information is used to run the service, to keep it secure and to meet our obligations as a business.
Cookies help keep you signed in and let us measure site use. Your browser settings let you limit them, though parts of the account may stop working.
Publishers whose sites carry your placement can see the content of that order, since it is published on their site. Payment details are handled inside the dashboard payment flow.
